Julie is an entrepreneur and businesswoman with expertise in learning and organisational development, and a passion for helping women navigate their lives beyond 50. She has founded and developed a number of start-up companies, including a trainers and speakers bureau and a company with a focus on retaining mature age workers and building effective age-inclusive workforces. Julie has also served on various boards for the advancement of women in business.

Three years ago Julie decided to make a tree change to live in the Blue Mountains. She now divides her time between two x 2-hour radio programs, various board commitments, writing, theatre, cinema and a good glass of red.
